About Echo Archive
Still growing. Just like every creative practice.
Echo Archive is built to grow with the people who use it. We work closely with artists and galleries, listen to how they work, and thoughtfully develop the tools they need along the way.
Why we built it
Making art is complex enough.
Managing it should not be.
Every artwork carries information. Images. Dimensions. Versions. Exhibitions. Sales. Installations. Conversations.
Echo Archive brings everything together in one place without getting in the way of the creative process.
Process matters
Every version of the work matters.
Creative progress is rarely linear. Echo Archive lets artists record versions, notes and milestones so the story of each artwork is not lost when the final piece is complete.
The timeline helps you see what changed, understand how the work developed and learn from the process over time.
Principles
Built with care.
Built for real workflows
Designed with artists and galleries rather than adapted from generic inventory software.
Your work stays yours
We never use AI models to train on your artwork or your data.
Built together
We build from real conversations with artists and galleries, not assumptions.

From the creator
Anita Czapla
"Echo Archive began after seeing artists lose years of work across phones, folders and notebooks — while galleries struggled to review hundreds of open call submissions and plan exhibitions with tools that were never built for the art world."
Those challenges looked different, but they shared the same problem: too much important work was happening outside a dedicated workspace. We believed artists and galleries deserved software designed specifically for the way they work.
For artists, that means documenting every artwork, every version and every step of the creative process. For galleries, it means making open calls easier to manage, simplifying exhibition planning and building tools for installations, inventory and day-to-day operations.
Echo Archive isn't built around assumptions. Every conversation with an artist or gallery shapes what we build next.
The goal isn't to build every feature.
It's to build the right ones.
What comes next
The archive is becoming more alive.
We are exploring features that make Echo Archive more visual, more collaborative and more useful in real art workflows — from interactive portfolios to beautiful custom reports for galleries.
Interactive presentations
Custom gallery reports
Smarter open call review
Installation planning
We want Echo Archive to feel less like admin software and more like a new kind of creative infrastructure for the art world.
What we believe
Partnership first.
Platform second.
Your work comes first. We listen to the artists and galleries who use Echo Archive, understand the challenges they face and build around what genuinely makes their everyday work easier.
